No! Snoozy Go works through WhatsApp and Telegram - apps you likely already use. Just click the link and start chatting.
### Can I use both WhatsApp and Telegram?
Currently, you'll need to choose one platform. Your conversation history stays on the platform you choose. We recommend sticking with whichever you use most often.

No. Snoozy Go cannot diagnose conditions like sleep apnea, narcolepsy, or other medical sleep disorders. If we detect symptoms that suggest a medical issue, we'll recommend consulting a doctor.
### Should I stop taking my sleep medication?
**Never stop medication without consulting your doctor.** Snoozy Go can work alongside medical treatment, but only your healthcare provider should make decisions about medication.
### What if I'm experiencing a mental health crisis?
Snoozy Go is not designed for crisis situations. If you're experiencing suicidal thoughts, severe anxiety, or a mental health emergency: Contact your local crisis hotline

### What happens after my free trial?
After 3 days, you'll receive a message with options to upgrade. Choose what works for you - or don't continue if you're not satisfied.
### How do I pay?
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. After you choose a follow up plan you'll receive a payment link directly in WhatsApp or Telegram. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods.
### Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Cancel anytime, no questions asked. You'll have access until the end of your billing period, then your subscription simply stops.
### Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first week after upgrading, contact us at info[at]snoozy-go.com for a full refund. Or contact us through our form.

### Automatic deletion
As an extra safeguard, all conversations and contact information are automatically deleted 8 months after your last interaction with Snoozy.
### Do you share my data with the 600+ sleep professionals?
No. The "600+ certified Dutch sleep professionals" refers to the expertise our methods are built upon - not people who access your data. Your conversations remain completely private.

No problem! Snoozy Go adapts to your schedule. There's no penalty for missing days - just pick up where you left off.
### Can I chat with Snoozy Go anytime?
Yes - 24/7, 365 days a year. Whether it's 3 AM or 3 PM, Snoozy Go is always available.
### How often should I check in?
We recommend daily check-ins during your first 2-3 weeks while building new habits. After that, weekly or as-needed is fine.
### What if I'm traveling across time zones?
Snoozy Go works anywhere in the world. Just tell your coach about time zone changes, and advice will adapt to your new schedule.
### Can Snoozy Go help with shift work?
Yes! We provide specialized strategies for shift workers, including tips for adjusting sleep schedules and managing irregular hours.
### Does it work for all ages?
Snoozy Go is designed for adults (18+). We adapt our language and advice based on your age, but we don't provide coaching for children under 18. However we do offer coaching for parent helping their kid(s) sleep better.

### Is Snoozy Go available on desktop?
Yes! You can use WhatsApp Web or Telegram Desktop to chat with Snoozy Go from your computer.
